The R stands for its round shape.
The 920 stands for 9.5 mm diameter, 2.1 mm height.
The second S stands for its sodium hydroxide electrolyte.
The W means the battery meets the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standard for watch batteries.

How to Find
The SR920SW battery is not a common battery you will find in department stores.  You may be able to find them at watch dealers.  But the most easy way is by shopping online as many merchants sell watch batteries with free shipping.  Battery manufactures will use either use the common names SR920SW, SR290, or 371.  371 is mainly used by Energizer.  

How to Buy Cheaper 
Sometimes you will see AG6.  This means they are alkaline instead of silver oxide. The AG6 battery has the same shape and size and the voltage is pretty much the same.  The main difference is alkaline batteries will not have as long of a life and you will have to replace them more often.  The benefit is alkaline batteries do cost less.
